Sharon Brubaker will be signing her book ‘Tides of Blue’ at Cupboard Maker Books for a Christmas Book Signing alongside 25+ fellow authors on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 10am-12pm. The full event goes until 7:30pm and into Sunday!

A Tale of Sea Glass, Time, and Tides… Touching sea glass is touching history. Finding a shard begins a new history in the finder’s life. Follow the trail of a cobalt blue poison bottle and its shards once it’s tossed into the river after a devastating event of life, love, and murder in 1870. The bottle wends its way to the Chesapeake Bay where it shatters. The shards of blue ride the tides to become the history of other loves and other lifetimes in 1918 and the present day. Love, murder, adventure, and sea glass await in Tides of Blue.

About Cupboard Maker Books….

The Cupboard Maker Books has been open for twenty years in business. The Cupboard Maker opened its doors in February 1998 as a custom-built, painted furniture and gift store with one shelf of books. Then in 2000, they began their on-line inventory. In April 2002, The Cupboard Maker became Cupboard Maker Books when the store moved 3 blocks south of its old location. Then in November 2003, they moved again to their current location which is on Routes 11/15 instead of one building behind it. The owners are Jason Haring and Michelle Mioff-Haring.

They hold book signings and book clubs monthly, and carry over 5000 new titles including fiction and nonfiction by local authors.
